SaifÂs Health Mantra!

Lately Saif is getting younger the way he looks. Thanks to a stable career and the new love that he has found in Kareena Kapoor. To add to the glow on his face is the fact that he has just launched his own production company.
We all know that Saif is a good actor and that he compliments the role that he plays, be it the timing in comedy roles, the serious roles or in the song sequences. But it was a revelation to know that Saif is a health freak as well.
It all happened a year back when the ÂChote Nawab fell ill, thanks to all the smoke and the drinks that he was used to. He realized the hard way that the body will fail to act the way it should, once these habits set in. It was then that he realized that health is what matters in the end, before everything else.
Surprisingly sooner than expected Saif is out of smoking totally. The actor also feels that the usual problem that many people face these days more than being addicted to any bad habit is stress, and once we know how to get rid of that we are safe.
Reports also suggest that Saif feels this has been a reasonably good year for him.
With films like ÂRace and ÂTashan that Saif is currently doing, we hope this year too proves great for this hero.
